The days for each step and the article that sets them are checked against the consolidated text of the Spanish Civil Procedure Act published by the BOE. The period to accept the appointment is two days, not five: that is the most repeated mistake.

How the count works

The day of service does not count: the period starts running the following day and the last day counts in full (art. 133.1 LEC).
Periods counted in days exclude non-working days: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and regional and local ones (arts. 130.2 and 133.2 LEC).
The whole of August is non-working. The exception is the urgent business of art. 131.2, where August does count and only Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded (arts. 130.2 and 133.2 LEC).
Every day between 24 December and 6 January, both included, is non-working: fourteen days in a row, not just the 24th and the 31st (art. 130.2 LEC). In the urgent steps of art. 131.2 these days do count as well: there, only Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
A period ending on a Saturday, Sunday or other non-working day is extended to the next working day (art. 133.4 LEC).

The public holidays come from the labour calendar built into the tool; add any missing ones below, above all local ones if your court is not in the provincial capital. The result is for guidance and does not replace checking the deadline in the court order itself or in the court's own official calendar.
