Do I have to stay for a year?

No. There is no lock-in and no penalty for leaving. Paying yearly gives you two months free — that is a discount, not a commitment.

Do I need to install anything or hire someone to set it up?

No. It opens in the browser and we do the setup with you: your invoicing details, your numbering series and your expert profile with your professional registration.

Are my case files mine?

Yes. You can export your filings, reports and invoices to Word or PDF whenever you like and take them with you. Data is never sold, and never used for anything other than providing the service.

Does it work for my specialty?

There are 81 specialties with their own technical report block, from tachographs to personal injury, from property valuation to digital forensics. And if yours were missing, the procedural skeleton is the same for all of them: you write your technical block and the rest is already there.

We are a practice with several experts — how does that work?

Each expert works with their own profile and signs with their own registration, and the principal sees the whole practice's workload. Write to us and we will size the setup to the number of experts who sign.

Do the prices include VAT?

No, they are shown without VAT. Spanish VAT at 21 % is added to the invoice, and if you are self-employed the fee is a deductible business expense.

How do I start?

Write to us from the contact form and we will set you up. In that same session we create your first case file with you, so you see the tool with a real matter rather than sample data.
